ZVS 5V-12V 120W Induction Heating Power Module with High Frequency Heater Coil

Product Description: The ZVS heating power module comes with a heating coil and is designed for induction heating, with a working power cycle of five minutes followed by a cooling period. Due to the high induction heating current, the heating coil is relatively large. It is important to note that during operation, the heat generated by the heated object can transfer to the heating coil, causing the coil to become hot over time. If the heating coil comes into contact with the terminal part, the plastic could melt. For this reason, it is recommended to solder the heating coil directly to the PCB to prevent this issue.

The package includes 1 x ZVS Heating Power Module and 1 heating batteryZVS mini plate without tap, ignition coil, or cooling fan. The input voltage ranges from DC 5V to 12V, with a maximum power of 120w at 12V for induction heating. Specifically at 12V, the primary of the ignition coil requires 5 + 5 turns, which will produce approximately 30w of power. The PCB size is 55mm * 37mm * 1.6mm.

When using the heating coil, it is important to ensure that the width of the heated object is kept between 1/3 and 1/2 of the diameter of the heating coil, and should generally not exceed two thirds of the coil's diameter.
