ZVS Heating Module Kit with Heating Coil

Specifications: The input voltage for this device is DC 5V-12V, with a maximum power of 120W (when using 12V for induction heating). The PCB size is 55mmx37mmx1.6mm. The heating coil should have a width that is ideally between 1/3 to 1/2 of the width of the objects being heated, but should not exceed two-thirds of the width.

Induction Heating: The device should be allowed to cool for five minutes after five minutes of continuous use. The heating coil should be relatively large to handle the high current used for induction heating. It is important to note that heat generated from the heated object may transfer to the heating coil, leading to high temperatures. If the heating coil is in direct contact with plastic, it may melt. To prevent this, it is recommended to directly weld the heating coil to the PCB.

Operation: The width of the objects being heated should be kept between 1/3 to 1/2 of the diameter of the heating coil, without exceeding two-thirds.
